CIO Executive Summit Motivates and Inspires Yet Again

By Lisa Nichols | CEO of Technology Partners

The 2022 HMG Strategy CIO Summit in St. Louis was nothing short of incredible.

From an amazing pre-event networking dinner to a full day of thought-provoking, in-person discussions – it’s no wonder this has become one of the must-attend events on the St. Louis calendar.

My company, Technology Partners, has helped bring this conference to the area for the past eight years, and it’s been amazing to watch the growth.

Yes, this is a technology summit. And certainly, we heard about emerging trends in technologies.

But here are the key words that resonated loudest throughout the event:

Collaboration, trust, inspire, team, purpose, acceleration, innovation, feedback, culture, reset, growth, bold leadership, engagement, relationships, partnerships, better together and winning together – the human side of technology.

I was fortunate enough to moderate the day’s final panel focused on the growth of technology in the Greater St. Louis region. Our amazing panel members, Dr. Dedric Carter, Emily Lohse-Busch, and Emily Hemingway left us all in wonder and awe at all that is being accomplished in St. Louis – and motivated to tackle the challenges that come with such fast, transformational growth.

Greg, the Technology Partners team, and I were also honored to be named among one of the four 2023 Global Leadership Institute nominees alongside our friends Bhavani Amirthalingam of Ameren, Jennifer Hopper of Save-A-Lot, and Gary VonderHaar of Mastercard.

At Technology Partners, we are excited to continue pushing the rock forward by deploying people-first talent, technology, and leadership solutions – and would love to help your organization in any way we can.

Until next year!

We can help you gain the flexibility you desire in your career. See our current opportunities.
