What You Will Be Doing:
We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating quality assurance test requirements to determine the scope of functionality to be covered by testing. You will design, produce, execute, and maintain software test plans and test cases while documenting, tracking, and reporting on defects. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to analyze test results, and a proactive attitude toward quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, produce, execute, and maintain software test plans and test cases based on requirements and specifications.
- Ensure software performs correctly, as specified, and meets quality and performance standards.
- Analyze test results and leverage troubleshooting skills to identify, document, and reproduce issues.
- Conduct re-testing after defects are addressed.
- Execute and maintain automated test suites.
- Generate appropriate documentation for issue tracking, verification, and certification.
- Implement and monitor quality control checkpoints throughout the application development process.
- Participate in project teams and collaborate with other departments as needed.
- Work with both automated and manual testing of API and web applications.
- Occasional out-of-hours duties may be required to support releases in a production environment.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience utilizing Karate and Dev Tools for automation testing of service applications.
- SQL Server database testing.
- Defect reporting and tracking to resolution.
- Experience working in Agile Scrum teams.
- Preferred Skills and Competencies:
- Familiarity with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration / Deployment (CI/CD).
- Experience with POSTMAN for manual testing and demonstrations.
- Web application automation using Selenium.

Pay: $45.50 – $65 /hr.
