For referring an applicant who is ultimately hired for a full-time position, Technology Partners pays referral fees according to the following guidelines:

  • We will pay $500 for referring an applicant who is hired full-time.
  • The individual who gave the referral must have obtained permission from the applicant to submit his/her name.
  • The individual being referred must not have been contacted by someone at Technology Partners within the last six months.
  • Technology Partners must hire the applicant within six months of when the referral was made.
  • The bonus is payable after the referred staff member (W2 or 1099) has worked for 3 months.

Other Considerations:

  • Referral fees are paid proportionately for staff members hired as part-time workers (based on first 3 months of actuals). For example, if the referred employee worked an average of 20 hours per week, the referral fee would be half of the standard.
  • Technology Partners makes substantially less margin on staff members for which we bill under $40/hour. For these referrals, Technology Partners will pay only half of the above referral amounts in these cases.
