What You Will Be Doing:

We are a dynamic and innovative company committed to delivering exceptional customer service and products. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless flow of supply and minimizing service risks through data-driven decisions and effective communication with stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Make experience-based and data-driven decisions to minimize service risk in scenarios with imperfect solutions.
  • Communicate regional inventory gaps to internal/external stakeholders and be accountable for service results.
  • Advocate for smooth flow of supply and drive transparency during supply constraints.
  • Promote end-to-end collaboration and continuous improvement in areas affecting supply, service, or waste.
  • Daily review of event exceptions impacting short-term inventory projections and follow-up with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Reconcile and confirm dispatch plans, adjusting where necessary to account for various factors affecting inventory.
  • Collaborate closely with Factory and Transportation teams to ensure timely production deployment and reduce the need for future re-deployment.
  • Ensure supply moves fit within short-term capacity constraints, optimizing truckloads and maximizing supply payload.
  • Identify the need for expedited inventory movement and facilitate processes with cross-functional partners.
  • Coordinate the deployment of semi-finished products from distribution centers to plants/co-manufacturers in support of production schedules.
  • Execute directions received for moves aimed at minimizing waste or solving capacity issues.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • College degree or equivalent experience preferred, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • Previous supply chain work experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with others and collaborate in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with SAP preferred.

Pay:  $30.98 – $44.25 /hr.
