What You Will Be Doing:
We are seeking a Sr. Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee and optimize daily operational processes, ensuring that workflows are efficient, compliant, and effective across multiple departments. This position is a temporary backfill to cover for team members on FMLA leave, with an end date of 03/31/2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Analyze and solve complex operational problems proactively.
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining strong organizational skills.
- Provide top-tier customer service and support.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement.
- Stay current with industry best practices and regulations.
- Develop and enforce operational procedures and policies.
- Prepare and deliver operational reports to management.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong analytical background with a passion for problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience in data analysis, operations, and process improvement.

Pay: $57.96 – $82.80 /hr.
