What You Will Be Doing:
We are seeking a Sr. Graphic Designer to join our Branch Team Talent Acquisition department. The Sr. Graphic Designer will create visual communications to convey messages in an effective and aesthetically pleasing manner. This role involves designing a variety of materials, meeting with clients to understand their needs, and producing drafts and final products that meet client specifications.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design web pages, brochures, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual reports, advertisements, and other communication materials.
- Create these materials by hand or using computer software programs.
- Meet with clients to understand their desired communications.
- Create or incorporate illustrations, pictures, and designs to reflect the desired theme and tone.
- Select type size and style to enhance readability of text and image.
- Produce drafts for client review and make revisions based on feedback.
- Review final productions for errors and ensure final prints meet client specifications.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.
- Experience working within a fast-paced environment is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required
Pay: $62.20 – $88.85 /hr.
