What You Will Be Doing:
We are looking for a creative and self-motivated Specialist in Social Media Content Creation to join our team. The most critical skill for this role is the ability to produce engaging and trend-savvy TikTok content that resonates with Gen-Z and Young Millennials in the food and beverage industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for online trends, excellent content creation skills, and the confidence to be both in front of and behind the camera.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct social listening to identify relevant trends
- Develop and pitch innovative ideas for TikTok content
- Design, produce, edit, and Copywrite social media content
- Perform on-camera when needed
- Analyze and optimize content performance metrics
- Stay updated on the latest trends in short-form content
- Collaborate closely with the Community Manager and brand team
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in content creation and social media management
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Pro, InShot, CapCut
- Strong knowledge of TikTok and social media platforms
- Ability to synthesize data and identify insights for creative content
- Exceptional communication skills
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, not required
- Experience with social listening and publishing tools
- Experience working with large brands and partner agencies
- Interest in sneaker culture and streetball
Pay: $28.97 – $41.39 /hr.
