What You Will Be Doing:

Are you passionate about creating engaging social content and love comfort food, especially Stouffer's mac and cheese and lasagna? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We're seeking a Specialist, Social Media, and Content Creation to join our dynamic Social Media team. In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting compelling content, representing the Company's brand voice, and reimagining how we connect with Gen Z and Millennials. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Social listening across TikTok to identify trends and develop relevant content strategies.
  • Produce and edit engaging TikTok content to keep Stouffer's top of mind in the social media landscape.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for engagement and content creation.
  • Plan and publish organic social content on TikTok, ensuring alignment with brand voice.
  • Collaborate with the Community Manager to monitor and moderate brand mentions and engage with consumers.
  • Identify influencers and creators for potential brand partnerships.
  • Execute surprise and delight initiatives to foster relationships with social media followers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to execute social-led activation ideas and amplify engagement opportunities.
  • Deliver quarterly reports on social media performance to key stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in social media management for a brand or organization.
  • Strong content creation skills aligned with the brand voice.
  • Creative thinking ability and cultural understanding.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva Pro, CapCut, Photoshop, etc.
  • Expertise in TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and oral).
  • Experience managing multiple projects and collaborating with various stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel to Arlington, VA periodically for training and meetings.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with Sprinklr social listening and publishing.
  • Previous work with large brands and partner agencies.
  • Familiarity with food styling techniques is a plus.

Pay:  $28.97 – $41.39 /hr.
