What You Will Be Doing:
We are seeking a Software Developer responsible for the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, development, testing, and deployment. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience and demonstrate strong software craftsmanship, a proactive and curious mindset, and a collaborative working style. This role requires the ability to think critically about complex problems, work autonomously, and challenge the status quo with innovative ideas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform software development tasks including analysis, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Work autonomously and collaboratively within a team to solve challenging problems.
- Continuously improve processes and introduce innovative solutions.
- Embrace a proactive and ego-less working style, contributing positively to team dynamics.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in software development
- Strong proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: $43.40 – $62 /hr.
