What You Will Be Doing:

We are seeking a motivated and hyper-creative Social Media Content Creator to join our team and produce engaging video and static content across platforms like TikTok and Instagram. The ideal candidate is a dynamic self-starter who is confident both in front of and behind the camera, has a strong background in graphic design for digital spaces and is passionate about the food and snacking industry. You will play a crucial role in driving brand engagement with Gen-Z and gaming consumers through innovative and trend-savvy content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Listening: Monitor social channels to identify relevant trends and opportunities that enhance brand engagement and relevance.
  • Creative Ideation: Develop and pitch creative ideas for both static designs and lo-fi lifestyle video content, aligning with the brand's strategy and objectives.
  • Content Creation: Lead end-to-end content creation, including designing, producing, editing, and copywriting for social media posts on TikTok and Instagram.
  • On-Camera Talent: Serve as on-camera talent as needed, bringing energy and authenticity to each piece of content.
  • Performance Analysis: Track content performance metrics and continuously optimize strategies to increase engagement, reach, and follower growth.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest trends and formats in short-form content to ensure content remains relevant and appealing.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Community Manager and brand team to develop and execute social media strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in content creation and/or social media management for a brand or organization.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Pro, InShot, CapCut, and other social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok).
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively with a deep understanding of current cultural trends.
  • Experience in both static design and video content production.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong self-direction and collaboration skills.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with social listening and publishing tools.
  • Previous experience working with large brands and partner agencies.

Pay: $29.62 – $42.32 /hr.
