What You Will Be Doing:
Join our team as a Senior Team Lead for Dynamics Support, where you will lead a dedicated team providing exceptional line support for users of Dynamics CE systems in the areas of Commercial Business and Retail Services. You will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient resolution of client issues, fostering team collaboration, and driving the continuous development and enhancement of our Dynamics systems.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Lead and inspire a team of 2-3 IT Analysts, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture focused on supporting Dynamics CE environments for Equipment Sales and Retail Services.
  • Identify business functionality requirements and align them with Microsoft's functionality deployments and overall roadmap.
  • Maintain a well-organized product backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives, prioritizing larger changes and enhancements.
  • Oversee the maintenance of a comprehensive test bed of scripts for release testing, including regression testing to ensure system integrity and reliability.
  • Collaborate closely with customers and team members to develop effective solutions and workarounds, addressing client issues promptly.
  • Drive the growth and optimization of Dynamics CE within the organization, spearheading continuous development efforts.
  • Cultivate relationships with business stakeholders, actively seeking feedback, mapping out requirements, and managing priorities to deliver value-added solutions.
  • Serve as a bridge between the Dynamics CE support team and other IT support teams, ensuring seamless integration and resolution of cross-system issues.
  • Participate in agile development processes using Azure Dev Ops, collaborating with business analysts, developers, and end-users to deliver changes and enhancements in a timely manner.
  • Ensure transparent communication of issue statuses to clients and the Dynamics CE team, promptly escalating high-priority customer issues to appropriate team members and management.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Equivalent experience, education, and/or certifications may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree).
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience with leadership experience preferred or 15+ years of relevant work experience without a degree.
  • 2+ years' experience modifying/working with Dynamics CE, including entities, attributes, business rules, process flows, solutions, etc.
  • Proven track record of successful development and support in a Dynamics CE environment, preferably within CRM and/or Field Service.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools, particularly Azure Dev Ops.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative and sustainable solutions.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Pay:  $77,000 – $110,000 /yr.
