What You Will Be Doing:
As a Senior Project Manager within the PMO, you'll lead complex IT initiatives, collaborating closely with senior IT leaders to drive projects forward. Your responsibilities encompass planning, guiding, and monitoring project teams across the project lifecycle. You'll define project scopes, identify resources, and develop detailed work plans while ensuring project delivery aligns with organizational goals.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of IT project management experience
- Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and Iterative methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple end-to-end projects concurrently
- Strong leadership and results-oriented mindset
- Proficient in analysis techniques and tool usage
- Experience with computer system concepts
- Commitment to incorporating security into all decisions
- Strong meeting facilitation and relationship-building skills
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- PMP certification
- Program/Project Management experience
- Familiarity with MS Project, JIRA, Confluence
Pay: $63 – $90 /hr.
