What You Will Be Doing:
Join our Information Technology team as a Senior Microsoft Dynamics CE Architect and play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and evolving our Microsoft Dynamics solutions. We’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strategic mindset, technical proficiency, and the ability to align Microsoft Dynamics initiatives with business objectives and the Microsoft technology roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture:
- Solution Design: Architect scalable and reliable Microsoft Dynamics solutions within CE, F&O, and Dual Write modules.
- Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure CE applications to meet specific business needs.
- Integration: Collaborate with teams to integrate Dynamics modules with existing systems and third-party solutions.
- Data Management: Implement effective data management strategies within the CE platform.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Address technical issues and provide support to end-users.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize Dynamics solutions for enhanced efficiency.
- Environment Architecture: Oversee CRM environment architecture and manage the refresh process.
- Governance & Compliance: Extend responsibility to the overall architecture, roadmap, and governance.
Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to development teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions.
- Provide training sessions on Dynamics best practices and features.
Project Management:
- Take ownership of Dynamics projects, managing timelines and resources.
- Lead change management initiatives related to Dynamics implementations.
- Manage the release process and align business requirements with Microsoft’s roadmap.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors, especially Dynamics 365 service providers.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 15+ years of related IT Experience.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Architect.
- 5+ years working with Dynamics CRM customization, configuration, and integration.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications are a plus.
- Microsoft Dynamics Field Service Experience desired.
Pay: $140,000 – $200,000 /yr.
