Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Senior IT Project Manager. What You Will Be Doing:

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to join our IT Shared Services Project Management Office (PMO) team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering mission-critical infrastructure projects and technologies that support our business objectives. You will work across varying levels of stakeholders within the infrastructure and application development disciplines on projects of varying scope and scale. This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn about our business, build relationships throughout the organization, and advance your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex IT projects that support and advance business objectives.
  • Plan, direct, coordinate, and monitor activities of one or more project teams involved in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of IT initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior IT leaders and project sponsors to define project scope and objectives.
  • Identify required skills and resources for project teams, develop detailed work plans, and provide project status updates.
  • Anticipate and identify project issues and risks, recommend solutions, and work with senior management to implement solutions.
  • Incorporate security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities.
  • Facilitate meetings, manage stakeholder communications, and ensure project alignment with business goals.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
  • 8+ years of relevant IT project management experience in a large-scale IT environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) phases.
  • Proficient in Agile management methodologies and tools (Kanban, Jira, Confluence).
  • Strong collaboration skills and teamwork.
  • Excellent meeting facilitation, interpersonal, ownership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven leadership, results orientation, and self-motivation traits.
  • Commitment to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience working with cloud data teams and projects.
  • Release Management experience.
  • Experience with direct and matrixed resource management.
  • Knowledge of software technologies, tools, and processes.

Pay: $52.50 – $75 /hr.
