What You Will Be Doing:
We are seeking a Senior Engineering Leader to guide software development teams in crafting innovative prototypes and solutions for the agriculture industry. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and experience with cloud-based architectures, particularly AWS, to drive strategic goals and make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead innovation: Develop solutions aligning with strategic goals.
- Build relationships: Cultivate strategic partnerships internally and externally.
- Champion excellence: Deliver high-quality products adhering to best practices.
- Drive Agile teamwork: Coach teams for optimal performance.
- Manage resources: Oversee budgets and provide insights to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- Proven leadership experience in managing and developing engineering teams
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies (Agile)
- Strong technical expertise in programming languages and full-stack development
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience in agriculture or related industry
- Knowledge of data analytics and machine learning
- Experience with DevOps practices
Pay: $94.50 – $135 /hr.
