What You Will Be Doing:
We are looking for two experienced Senior Change Leads to join our team and drive change management and adoption strategies for critical Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation initiatives. In this role, you will lead change efforts across the organization, ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of new business processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute change management strategies for critical initiatives, focusing on communication, adoption, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with project managers and deployment leads to ensure cohesive change activities across the organization.
- Identify potential risks, resistance points, and gaps, and develop corrective action plans.
- Create, manage, and report on an integrated delivery and adoption plan for key change initiatives.
- Develop communication materials and key messages, collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Ensure timely delivery of messages to the right audience using appropriate communication channels.
- Lead and support impact analysis discussions to understand required changes in mindset, skillset, behavior, and tools across various stakeholder groups.
- Develop and implement a change strategy tailored to different stakeholder needs and impact levels.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in leading change management initiatives, particularly in large and complex programs.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience working in or with management consulting firms is a plus.
- Familiarity with the financial services sector is a plus.
- PROSCI certification is a strong plus.
- Ability to work in a flexible, agile environment.
Pay: $65.80 – $94 /hr.
