What You Will Be Doing:
As a Sr. Brand Experience Associate, you will play a central role in executing the strategy to deliver profitable growth and manage key near-term operations for specific brands. You will manage all aspects of annual marketing and business strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure executional excellence. This role requires a deep understanding of the brand’s consumer and the ability to champion the brand’s identity to guide business and brand decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert on the brand's target consumer, leveraging data and research to understand their demographics, psychographics, purchase journey, and motivations (Most Critical Skill).
  • Develop compelling brand communications based on deep consumer insights, ensuring brand identity remains culturally relevant and resonates with the target audience.
  • Manage the brand's P&L, ensuring revenue, profit, market share, and brand health goals are met.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Finance) to optimize the brand's portfolio and value chain.
  • Develop and manage the brand's consumer marketing budget, demonstrating a data-driven and efficient approach.
  • Collaborate with internal and external agencies to create effective marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Analyze marketing performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize marketing investments.
  • Support launch and management of new packaging initiatives.
  • Partner with the sales team to develop and execute winning omni-channel strategies to maximize sales at retail.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • University Degree (BA/BS) in Marketing or related business field; MBA preferred.
  • Knowledge of budget control methods, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and deliver results.
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload, handle multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • 3-5 years of work experience in marketing or brand management.
  • 3+ years of Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience.
  • Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams and/or agency partners.
  • Experience leading marketing communication projects, including digital and media strategies.
  • Experience leveraging data, research, and trends to understand consumer behavior (IRI, Circana, or Nielsen knowledge required).
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities

Pay: $39.71 – $56.73 /hr.
