What You Will Be Doing:
As a Remote Order Fulfillment Associate, you will play a crucial role in entering sales orders, managing logistics, and providing unparalleled service to our customers. This position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to excellence.
Position Responsibilities:
- Enter sales orders and follow up on delivery dates.
- Review, manage, and ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Utilize your expertise in third-party logistics to ensure consistent and efficient delivery, resolving any issues.
- Make informed decisions to facilitate seamless interactions with customers, partners, and employees.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a B2B environment.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word for data entry and analysis.
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong follow-through, tenacity, and problem-solving mentality.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Commitment to delivering excellent results.
- Educational Requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Pay: $16.10 – $23 /hr.
