Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Project Manager Specialist – Marketing. Do you have experience in Multiple Aspects of Production (Print, Digital, Experiential & Content)? Let us help you make your next big career move a reality!

What You Will Be Doing:

Project & Process Management:

  • Develop, own, and communicate comprehensive project timelines to internal and external teams regularly.
  • Lead kickoffs, collaborations, and presentations, organizing and setting up meetings efficiently.
  • Conduct both internal and brand status meetings, as well as daily standup meetings (Kanban).
  • Manage and recommend process optimizations using agile principles.
  • Facilitate retrospective sessions and disseminate learnings within the department and across disciplines.
  • Serve as a cross-functional hub for all project executions, collaborating closely with internal and external partners to ensure project success.
  • Proficiently manage high-volume, quick-turn projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Manage production phases of projects, post-approval of key creative and copy.
  • Strategically think about communications and their implications on the consumer journey/experience.
  • Take ownership of project efficiency by understanding project processes and flexibly adapting them.
  • Understand various production aspects including print, digital, experiential, and content, ensuring proper asset delivery and format.

Agency/Client Service:

  • Demonstrate working knowledge of internal and external partner processes.
  • Manage all production-related requests from internal teams, clients, or meta-agency partners.
  • Gather and vet specs to ensure project accuracy.
  • Utilize agency software tools like Content Hub and/or VR Financial to manage open jobs and scope project jobs accurately.
  • Issue POs to external vendors.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in an agency project management role.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to client businesses in an agency service environment.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Project Management and Agile tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Thoroughness and attention to detail.
  • Exhibits a helpful, proactive attitude.

Pay:  $27.63 – $39.47 /hr.
