What You Will Be Doing:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific project requirements.
  • Track project performance to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and other staff members.
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of project leadership experience, preferably in consumer or financial services.
  • 3+ years of experience working with various marketing technologies, including marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or similar), content management systems, customer data platforms, social media, email marketing, and custom web applications.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to build project plans, assign tasks, and hold team members accountable for on-time delivery.
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of risk, visibility, and urgency within a functional area or across multiple areas/divisions.
  • Ability to independently identify, prioritize, monitor, communicate, and resolve elements impacting a project.
  • Comfortable leading discussions between business areas and technical experts to determine project needs.
  • Ability to convey technical concepts understandably appropriate to the audience.
  • Consultative approach, building relationships, and asking questions to identify core needs for recommendations.
  • Understanding of Agile and product management principles to address work understanding and prioritization.
  • Demonstrated presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills; effectively communicate with the project team, other project leaders, multiple areas, and outside vendors.
  • Effective listening and collaboration skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills demonstrating thought leadership and influence.
  • Superior organization and coordination skills.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Prior knowledge/experience working in highly regulated industries such as financial services.
  • Project management certification.

Pay: $46.90 – $67 /hr.
