What You Will Be Doing:

We are seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and complete projects on time, within budget, and scope. The role involves overseeing all aspects of projects, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress. The Project Manager will prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
  • Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements
  • Track project performance to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and staff members
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related discipline
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Proven working experience in project management
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking
  • 5+ years of experience leading projects, preferably in financial services, including both formal and informal leadership roles
  • Experience managing multi-channel planning efforts, including paid media, social media, and email
  • Ability to independently identify, prioritize, monitor, communicate, and resolve elements impacting a project
  • Ability to build project plans, assign tasks, and hold team members accountable
  • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, with a high degree of risk, visibility, and urgency
  • Understanding of Agile and product management principles
  • Demonstrated presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to take a consultative approach, build relationships, and identify core needs
  • Superior organizational and coordination skills

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Prior experience in highly regulated industries such as financial services
  • Superior presentation skills
  • MBA or graduate degree preferred

Pay:  $46.20 – $66 /hr.
