What You Will Be Doing:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer with a strong background in engineering design, particularly in the Mechanical, Electrical, or Biomedical fields. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management and experience in manufacturing process setup and flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multidisciplinary teams to execute projects efficiently and effectively.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conception to launch, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Utilize MS Project and Excel for project planning, scheduling, and tracking.
- Provide expertise in PCBA design, including component selection, specification adherence, and understanding of PCBA layout and design principles.
- Utilize PCBA CAD and simulation tools for design and analysis.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Engineering design background (Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical).
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in engineering or manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with manufacturing process setup and flow is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Project and Excel.
- Experience in PCBA design and familiarity with analog and embedded systems.
- Knowledge of PCBA CAD and simulation tools.
- Experience managing large-scale projects with multiple team members and launch schedules beyond 6 months.
Pay: $56 – $80 /hr.
