What You Will Be Doing:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic HR Project Management Office (PMO). In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful completion of projects by providing comprehensive support in planning, organizing, and executing project activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project plans and strategies.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination among stakeholders.
  • Schedule meetings, take minutes, and maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Track project progress and identify potential roadblocks.
  • Create presentations and reports to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing documents, maintaining meeting agendas, and managing project correspondence.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of project coordination experience (or equivalent).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay: $25.20 – $36 /hr.
