What You Will Be Doing:
Join a leading agricultural science company dedicated to developing sustainable solutions for a growing global population. Be part of a dynamic team transforming complex scientific datasets into actionable insights to accelerate crop system development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with top-level talent to solve complex and unique challenges with real-world impact.
- Navigate cloud application logs to understand ecosystem health and troubleshoot issues proactively.
- Triage production issues and collaborate across teams to provide timely customer support.
- Ensure platform success by leveraging subject matter expertise across IT and business partners.
- Drive user adoption through successful deployment, training, documentation, and measurement of digital products.
- Deliver customer-centric solutions by aligning business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including statisticians, scientists, and other product users.
- Project your talent into relevant projects, where the strength of ideas trumps position on an org chart.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience as a product manager, product specialist, business analyst, quality assurance, or a similar role, or a minimum of 8 years of equivalent industry experience in a similar role.
- 2+ years of experience in agile software delivery and familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle.
- Strong skills with SQL and familiarity with making API calls through tools like Postman.
- Comfort representing knowledge specific to your domain in the context of the complete ecosystem.
- Strong technical and non-technical communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure on a major cloud provider like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience working with statistical analysis, experimental design, scientific datasets, or applying quantitative science to business problems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across a cross-functional team.
Pay: $42.70 – $61 /hr.
