What You Will Be Doing:
The Company seeks a highly motivated and results-oriented Process Engineering Support (PEM) to join our Hager City, WI team. You will leverage your process engineering expertise in this critical role to contribute to two exciting new projects. As an extension of our talented staff, you'll play a key role in various aspects, from process design to project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Block Flow Diagrams (BFDs), and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
- Coordinate with vendors and identify equipment suppliers.
- Review layouts and suggest adjustments.
- Support in developing equipment lists.
- Project Management:
- Provide project management support through the engineering phase and construction.
- Assist in creating and updating project schedules and milestones.
- Coordinate with engineers on equipment status and deliveries.
- Contribute to developing a capital budget.
- Maintain project documentation and prepare documents for internal funding reviews.
- Participate in design reviews and arrange them if necessary.
- Collaborate with plant and corporate representatives to refine project goals and success metrics.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial manufacturing environments (Most Critical Skill).
- Industrial construction experience is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of scheduling software (P6 or Primavera Project Management) and cost reporting tools (Microsoft Excel preferred).
- OSHA 10 or 30 certifications preferred.
- Food Safety certification is preferred.
Pay: $59.50 – $85 /hr.
