What You Will Be Doing:
As a Partnership Accounting Specialist, you will provide world-class service to Financial Advisors (FAs), focusing on education and guidance regarding partnership opportunities. You will support FAs by answering questions, reviewing business plan modeling scenarios, and offering compensation, healthcare, tax considerations, and retirement benefits guidance. This role requires a strong background in accounting, tax preparation, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support FAs with informed decision-making through detailed analysis.
- Prepare individual tax returns using your accounting and tax knowledge.
- Provide clear, professional customer service via phone calls and written correspondence.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or finance (or relevant certifications).
- 2-3+ years of experience in accounting/tax preparation.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide customized guidance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Pay: $50.72 – $72.45 /hr.
