Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Operations and Start-Up Leader. Do you have experience in project management, change management, and operational start-up within a manufacturing or industrial environment? Let us help you make your next big career move a reality!

What You Will Be Doing:

The Operations and Start-Up Leader will support capital projects and initiatives, focusing on operational aspects such as business processes, equipment, and systems implementation. This role involves collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure operational readiness and a smooth transition to operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support End-to-End Manager with scope development, risk assessment, and project milestones.
  • Lead operational requirements identification and develop ramp-up/start-up plans.
  • Facilitate project workshops and operational safety assessments.
  • Develop and lead commissioning/qualification procedures.
  • Ensure factory associates are trained and competent before start-up.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of change management, business analysis, and project management experience in a manufacturing, industrial, military, or related environment.
  • Associate's degree with 5+ years of project management, change management, and/or business analysis experience.   
  • Preferred: 1+ years of experience in early management, operations, and/or a startup environment.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • PMP or equivalent Project Management Professional certification.
  • 1+ years of experience in early management, operations, or a start-up environment.

Pay: $60.20 – $86 /hr.
