What You Will Be Doing:
We are looking for a talented NLP/Information Retrieval Scientist to enhance Large Language Models (LLMs) for accurate, context-aware, and creatively curated responses. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to advance the usability and creativity of LLMs, bringing real-world relevance to our models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and test algorithms to improve LLM responses.
- Prototype and evaluate novel approaches for text and image data.
- Collaborate with researchers and engineers.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field (or MS with 4+ years of experience).
- 3+ years of experience in NLP or Information Retrieval.
- Proficiency in Python or another high-level programming language.
- Experience in developing statistical and machine learning models.
- Familiarity with LLMs.
- Strong publication record in leading scientific journals.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience with agricultural/biological scientific data.
- Creative problem-solving and exploratory project design
Pay: $62.30 – $89 /hr.
