Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented MRM Recipe Specialist. Do you have experience with Food Science? Let us help you make your next big career move a reality!

What You Will Be Doing:

As the MRM Recipe Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and launch of new VMS products. You will ensure compliance, optimize formulations, and lead cross-functional teams to bring innovative health solutions to the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recipe development process from concept to launch, adhering to stringent safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
  • Introduce new ingredients and recipes into existing formulation tools.
  • Lead teams in developing compliant and effective formulations, considering legal, nutritional, and safety requirements.
  • Champion continuous improvement in recipe compliance and ensure adherence to new regulations within the product portfolio.
  • Implement and oversee recipe approval workflows across all departments (AG, R&D, RA, SC, etc.)
  • Act as the single point of authority for recipe approvals within a specific product category.
  • Manage changes across the portfolio and assess their impact.
  • Design optimal formulations using statistical analysis and historical data.
  • Create recipe management instructions and requirements for recipe management tools.
  • Train colleagues on recipe management tools and best practices for recipe design.
  • Most Critical Skill/Experience:
  • Food Science Expertise: A strong foundation in food science is essential. You should possess a deep understanding of food ingredients, formulation principles, and their impact on product safety, quality, and efficacy.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Master's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a Quality-related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the food industry, ideally in production, quality assurance, or product formulation and project management.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to critically analyze challenges and develop solutions.
  • Disciplined, rigorous work ethic with a strong analytical mindset and a pragmatic approach.
  • Proven project management skills (a strong plus).
  • Track record of effectively transferring knowledge and training others.
  • Fluency in English; fluency in another European language (French, Spanish, or German) is a plus.

Pay: $25.62 – $36.60 /hr.
