What You Will Be Doing:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Marketing Specialist to support the business growth of our Hot Pockets and Frozen Culinary Retail portfolio in Out-of-Home channels. The Marketing Specialist will develop and execute marketing objectives, go-to-market strategies, and tactical plans for renowned brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on channel strategy, portfolio management, digital marketing execution, and sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies for our Grab & Go portfolio
- Manage product marketing plans, digital shelf assets, and sales tools for assigned brands
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation, renovation, and go-to-market plans
- Partner with external agencies on marketing strategy and execution
- Manage marketing budget and ensure clear return on investment (ROI)
- Analyze sales data and develop strategies for distributor and e-commerce channels
- Support sales teams through training, messaging development, and sales tool updates
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience
- 2+ years of experience in foodservice sales & marketing (preferred)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Experience with digital marketing and external agency management a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Teams
Pay: $29.08 – $41.55 /hr.
