What You Will Be Doing:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Learning and Development Specialist to design, develop, and implement solutions that foster a high-performance culture within our IT organization. The most critical skill is a strong background in talent development, including instructional design, adult learning principles, and modern development practices. You will work closely with global teams to address talent needs, create impactful learning solutions, and evaluate their effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and identify organizational learning needs.
- Develop and implement learning programs aligned with business goals.
- Lead large-scale learning projects, manage vendor partnerships, and deliver blended learning solutions.
- Collaborate with department leaders to align development efforts with business strategies.
- Facilitate training, manage stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years of related experience in talent development or learning design.
- Strong communication, consulting, and project management skills.
- Expertise in instructional design, learning theory, and adult learning principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with learning management systems preferred.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and manage ambiguity.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Experience working with global teams and IT environments.
- Proficiency in Storyline 360, Captivate, or similar authoring tools.
Pay: $49 – $70 /hr.
