What You Will Be Doing:
We are seeking an experienced IT Financial Management Analyst to support the VP of the Office of the CIO (OCIO) in managing and improving IT financial management processes. The role involves working closely with internal partners in Finance and HR to operate and enhance existing financial processes and tools, and to develop a roadmap for future improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the current IT financial management processes and tools, particularly the existing Excel-based tool, and ensure their effective operation.
- Collaborate with the VP OCIO to integrate IT finance deliverables into key organizational meetings, including IT Leadership Team (ITLT) budget reviews and CEO staff meetings.
- Work with the VP OCIO, Finance, HR, and ITLT to identify and document future state processes, focusing on a clear division of responsibilities for IT finance deliverables.
- Assist in developing a roadmap for implementing improved processes and tools, prioritizing near-term tactical enhancements.
- Liaise with the VP OCIO and Program Governance Consultant to support the financial management of IT investment programs and ensure smooth data flow.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in IT financial management, particularly within large organizations.
- Strong proficiency in financial tools, especially Excel-based tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including finance, HR, and IT leadership.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to document and convey complex processes.
Pay: $45.50 – $65 /hr.
