What You Will Be Doing:

We are seeking an Internal Events Coordinator to lead business and marketing strategy for all internal events, ensuring a culture of achievement and success. The role involves managing the entire process from kick-off to after-action review for events at The Company. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, project management experience, and the ability to coordinate and execute multiple events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Event Manager with coordination and management of all external events, conferences, sponsorships, and trade shows.
  • Lead coordination and management for internal events at The Company, including customer visits, management visits, chef-to-chef events, training, and more.
  • Manage and execute national celebration events, such as International Coffee Day and YOCUTA student training events.
  • Support and coordinate the successful execution of local and regional events, ensuring consistency.
  • Create and maintain the trade show calendar, ensuring communication with all stakeholders for successful execution.
  • Coordinate with exhibition houses to ensure appropriate materials and equipment are available for events.
  • Ensure proper setup and management of technical equipment, product samples, and related logistics.
  • Attend major events to ensure flawless execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure events meet business goals and expectations.
  • Adhere to budgetary guidelines for events and manage project deliverables on time.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • High School Diploma required, preferably degree-educated.
  • Minimum of 5 years of events/trade show-related experience, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Ability to drive and travel via air for events.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience working with several managers in a fast-paced, flexible environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet time constraints.

Pay:  $33 –  $47.14 /hr.
