What You Will Be Doing:
As a Software Engineer, you will collaborate daily with a team of developers, product managers, and specialists to build, support, and deploy applications. You'll interact directly with business customers to understand and translate requirements into application features, perform unit and integration testing, and troubleshoot/debug applications. You'll also work on refactoring, updating, and adding new features to existing applications while developing technical documentation and maintaining effective communication within and across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications using modern technologies.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Conduct unit, integration, and functional testing to ensure application quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Javascript, React, Relational Databases
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
- Experience working in an enterprise-level architecture
- Customer-focused mindset
- Self-starter with a strong problem-solving ability
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Angular, MobX, Java, Node.js, Lambda, Geoserver, AWS
- Experience with geospatial data and applications
Pay: $112 – $160 /hr.
