Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Engineer 2, Systems (Unified Communications). What You Will Be Doing:
- Design, implement, and maintain Genesys Cloud Contact Center and UC solutions, including call center routing and IVR design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define UC strategies and integrate UC solutions with other platforms like Zoom, Zoom Phone, MS Teams, and Salesforce.
- Manage queue of enhancements, working with business teams, product owners, and business analysts to identify and implement required changes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to UC systems and related system integrations.
- Provide technical training, documentation, and support to end-users and other technical teams.
- Stay updated with the latest Genesys Cloud, Zoom, and UC technologies and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures, incorporating security in all decisions.
- Occasional on-site support and on-call rotation are required.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Must reside in the St. Louis Metropolitan area.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Cloud Contact Center solutions.
- 1-3 years of experience with third-party database integrations and familiarity with REST APIs.
- Experience with TCP/IP networking, SIP, RTP, and other telephony protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork.
- Experience in procedural, technical, and report writing.
- Ability to meet work-from-home technical requirements, including a reliable high-speed internet connection.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience working with Genesys Cloud in an engineering capacity.
- Genesys Cloud certification(s).
- Other technical certifications in telecommunications, unified communications, networking, or IT.
- Familiarity with application development methodologies and lifecycles related to contact center integrations.
- Creativity and flexibility in problem-solving and team collaboration
Pay: $87,500 – $125,000/yr.
