What You Will Be Doing:

We are looking for a DSP Analyst with broad knowledge in manufacturing to join our Super User Network (SUN) Team. This role involves providing first-contact support for end-users, addressing various system issues, offering training, and occasionally participating in projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong SAP Demand and Supply Planning background, including Production Planning, Material Lifecycle, and Manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and effective support to end-users via telephone, email, and instant messaging.
  • Research and resolve problems, working with appropriate technical teams when necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with end-users and business partners.
  • Understand Demand and Supply Planning, Manufacturing, and Quality processes.
  • Proactively identify and resolve cross-functional issues.
  • Proactively identify business process issues manifested in application data.
  • Function as the business user representative:
    • Answer end-user questions.
    • Research and resolve problems.   
    • Analyze data to identify problems or recommend preventive action.
    • Troubleshoot problems to determine the root cause.
    • Walk end-users through resolution for issues over the phone, via email, and in person.
    • Provide solutions to users with proper documentation.
    • Deliver training and participate in testing activities.
    • Collaborate with various business areas.
  • Provide on-call 24/7 coverage on a rotating basis.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience with in-depth functional knowledge of SAP Demand and Supply Planning and Manufacturing processes.
  • Industry Knowledge of Forecasting, Production Planning, and Manufacturing (particularly from the food industry).
  • In-depth functional knowledge of the assigned support processes.   
  • Experience working with key measurements used to evaluate production efficiency.
  • Familiarity with interfaces and messaging between various systems

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with SQL, EWM, and specific functional knowledge is a plus.

Pay: $51.10 – $73 /hr.
