What You Will Be Doing:
We are seeking a Director, Operational Accounting, to play a key role in SAP implementation, ensuring financial accuracy and operational continuity. This position involves close collaboration with IT, finance teams, and cross-functional partners, managing the cut-over process, and acting as a core super user for AP/AR and Trade management. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial and analytical skills, leadership abilities, and experience in change management and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support SAP implementation and collaborate with IT Finance and business stakeholders.
- Lead the cut-over process for ledger accuracy and minimize business impact.
- Act as a core super user for AP/AR and Trade management.
- Optimize AR/AP operations, and establish policies, internal controls, and KPIs.
- Partner with the HighRadius team to stabilize and optimize system performance.
- Lead ad hoc projects and improve transaction processing efficiencies.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Previous experience in strategic planning or business analysis is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Demonstrated leadership, agility, and results orientation.
- Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead change and build consensus among stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Experience with Oracle Accounting systems, High Radius, and SAP is preferred.
- Knowledge of US GAAP, IAS, and cost accounting principles.
Pay: $115.50 – $165 /hr.
