What You Will Be Doing:
This role provides technical and clinical support to internal and external customers for our Radiology digital solutions platform. You'll ensure smooth product implementation, handle customer inquiries, and contribute to continuous improvement through customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer support across our tech stack, collaborating with partners to resolve issues effectively.
  • Manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Bridge the gap between customers and internal teams, ensuring product development reflects user needs.
  • Maintain high platform quality through rigorous testing and data quality focus.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively, including technical, clinical, and workflow issues.
  • Respond professionally to all customer requests via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Assist product development and support teams by creating technical and support documentation.
  • Develop knowledge base articles for efficient problem resolution.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Associate's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare IT, computer science) with at least 8 years of experience, OR Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Minimum four years of experience within a Radiology clinical setting.
  • Proven technical expertise in Microsoft, Postgres, Red Hat, PACS, RIS, DICOM, HL7, Web Services, PHP, Java (scripting), HTML, XML, Infrastructure/Cloud IT support.
  • Strong understanding of Radiology clinical workflows.
  • Knowledge of diagnostic imaging acquisition, networking, storage, and consumption processes.
  • Familiarity with key Radiology stakeholders and their needs (Radiologists, technologists, PACS administrators, etc.).
  • Understanding of common Radiology diagnostic procedures.
  • Solid grasp of Imaging Informatics/IT workflows and tools in Radiology departments.
  • Familiarity with major Radiology modalities and their interfacing/imaging IT requirements.
  • Working knowledge of DICOM and HL7.
  • Experience with common Radiology systems like RIS/HIS, PACS, Patient and Radiologist Worklists, Integration Engines/Imaging Brokers.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to connect with users of varying technical and clinical backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Hands-on, self-motivated, team-oriented individual with a keen eye for detail and a results-driven mindset.
  • Potential for some domestic travel (5-10%).

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Experience/knowledge of Radiology workflow a plus.
  • Certifications in Windows Server, Google Cloud, CIIP, Data Privacy/Cybersecurity preferred.
  • Experience with product implementations and RedHat a plus.
  • DoD Access (Security Plus Certification & T3 investigation with Adjudication: Position of Trust for ADP/IAT Level II) desirable

Pay:  $54.60 – $78 /hr.
