What You Will Be Doing:
Join our Digital Manufacturing Team as a Digital Manufacturing Specialist. You will contribute to solutions that align with the DM product suite's business functionality and technical landscape. This role involves collaboration with other Digital Manufacturing team members, SMEs, and external vendors to deliver results that meet expected timelines and value.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work within the DM Operations team to perform business analysis, configuration, and deployment of applications using existing and new technical skill sets.
- Execute solutions based on strategic vision.
- Recommend and implement process improvements and technical solutions to support and streamline DM solutions.
- Promote process improvement and contribute to team efforts by accomplishing projects, and enhancements, and solving problems related to ongoing initiatives.
- Collaborate with factory personnel and other internal and external business partners.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related technical field with 3 years of experience, or an Associate's degree with 5 years of experience (most critical qualification).
- 7+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Information Architecture
- Information Analysis
- Software Development
- Mobile Solutions (a plus)
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements for software developers.
- Experience with MuleSoft (a plus).
- Strong technical writing and diagramming skills.
- Proficient in SQL.
- Experience supporting, troubleshooting, and testing Windows Server applications (a plus).
- Experience with Azure cloud and mobile applications (a plus).
- Working knowledge of C# or Java application troubleshooting (a plus).
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in large, cross-functional projects.
- Experience gathering business requirements.
- Experience deploying and implementing small to medium-sized projects.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Understanding of product supply chain operations and key deliverables.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Technical understanding of digital platforms, data/function integration, and information architecture.
- Strong digital research methodologies.
- Ability to identify and leverage strategic industry trends.
Pay: $48.98 – $69.97 /hr.
