What You Will Be Doing:
Join a dynamic team at the forefront of design research for a leading organization. As a Design Researcher, you will play a crucial role in gathering and analyzing customer insights to drive product and service innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research using qualitative and quantitative methods to uncover customer insights
- Develop and execute research strategies to inform product design and development
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively through excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into actionable outcomes
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address complex research challenges
- Perform primary research to validate hypotheses and refine user-centered designs
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in design research, human-computer interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience conducting user research in a design or product development environment.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret research data effectively.
- Strong presentation skills.
Pay: $50.72 – $72.45 /hr.
