What You Will Be Doing:
Join our dynamic team dedicated to driving evidence-based commercial decision-making through timely and actionable model insights. As a Data Scientist, you will work on commercial analytics, brand positioning, pricing, assumption management, demand forecasting, and risk modeling. You will collaborate with data warehouse and software engineering teams to productize analytic applications in a highly interactive, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement econometric models, interpretable machine learning algorithms, and statistical inference techniques.
- Provide actionable insights to business stakeholders through model insights.
- Engage effectively with business stakeholders and technical colleagues.
- Work on new development projects and maintain existing systems.
- Collaborate with data warehouse and software engineering teams to productize analytics applications.
- Communicate complex technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 3 years, or a PhD in Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related STEM field.
- Strong background in econometrics, interpretable machine learning, and statistical inference.
- Proficiency in coding with R or Python and the flexibility to use the other as needed.
- Effective communication skills for engaging with business stakeholders and technical colleagues.
- Strong statistical and analytical acumen.
- Creative, initiative-driven, with critical thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience with AWS, BigQuery, SQL, R-shiny, and Dash.
- Experience in commercial analytics, brand positioning, pricing, assumption management, demand forecasting, and risk modeling.
- Open to recent PhD graduates, as research experience fulfills work experience requirements.

Pay: $63.70 – $91 /hr.
