What You Will Be Doing:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee the construction of a trailer drop lot at our commercial plant in Jefferson, WI. As the main point of contact for all site construction activities, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring project success. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage financial, safety, and schedule Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Review project details in SAP and update project management tools as required (Microsoft Project, PETPRO, BIM 360, CXAlloy)
- Organize and establish asset tracking, tagging, and project close-out activities
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the worksite
- Oversee project execution, inspection, and quality acceptance
- Coordinate and maintain project schedules
- Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain project documentation
- Manage field inputs, RFIs, and submittals
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Technical background in construction management
- Ability to manage multiple resources and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Experience with cost reporting and vendor management
- Familiarity with SAP and other project management platforms
- Ability to work onsite in Jefferson, WI
- Must be able to climb ladders and stairs and walk through a construction site daily
Pay: $59.50 – $85 /hr.
