Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Chief Information Officer (CIO). What You Will Be Doing:

We are searching for a seasoned and dynamic Chief Information Officer (CIO) to spearhead the information technology strategy and operations of our full-service, turnkey real estate, architecture, engineering, design-build, and construction firm. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a track record of implementing innovative technological solutions to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute the company's overall IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to identify opportunities for leveraging technology to enhance competitiveness and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies relevant to the real estate, architecture, engineering, design-build, and construction industries.

IT Governance and Compliance:

  • Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Oversee IT risk management activities and implement appropriate controls to mitigate cybersecurity threats and data breaches.
  • Ensure the organization's information assets' integrity, confidentiality, and availability.

Team Management:

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to a diverse team of IT professionals, including developers, system administrators, and support staff.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the IT department.
  • Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and identify opportunities for professional development.

Technology Infrastructure:

  • Manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's technology infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services.
  • Evaluate and select software applications and tools that support business operations and improve productivity.
  • Monitor system performance and scalability and implement measures to optimize performance and ensure uptime.

IT Project Management:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, priorities, and success criteria.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and executive leadership.

Vendor Management:

  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, ensuring compliance with contractual and service level agreements.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate favorable terms for software licenses, subscriptions, and support contracts.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a CIO or similar executive leadership role in a complex organization, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
  • Strong strategic planning and business acumen, with the ability to align IT initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Deep understanding of information security principles and best practices, including regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Experience managing large-scale IT projects and driving digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and ITIL practices.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP are a plus

Pay: $210,000 – $300,000 /yr.
