Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Change Management Specialist. What You Will Be Doing:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Change Management Specialist to join our team. This role involves creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance during organizational transformations. The successful candidate will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and foster strong relationships.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Employ a structured change management methodology to facilitate smooth transitions and promote change adoption.
  • Prepare for change by assessing change impacts and the organization's change readiness.
  • Create and execute tailored change management plans to meet the needs of different stakeholder groups affected by the change.
  • Assess training needs and develop training strategies and plans; collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and deliver training content as needed.
  • Develop and execute project-related communications, including emails, newsletters, videos, PowerPoint presentations, and leader talking points.
  • Establish and track Change Management success criteria and document lessons learned.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in change management efforts.
  • Understanding of change management approaches, processes, and techniques.
  • Experience with training and communication efforts in support of change management.
  • Working knowledge of change management methodologies and tools for projects of various scales.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interface at all levels of the organization quickly and effectively.
  • Ability to partner with cross-functional teams to drive business results and meet deliverables.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree with a preferred emphasis in Change Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, Communications, Learning, or related fields.
  • Formal training or certification in change management (e.g., Prosci Certification).

Pay:  $59.50 – $85 /hr.
