What You Will Be Doing:
We are seeking a Business Planning Project Manager for the Digital Foundry PMO team to lead and manage complex business and technology projects for The Company. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure projects meet scope, budget, and quality standards. The Project Manager will drive the successful delivery of projects, align them with The Company's strategic goals, and ensure smooth integration with Change Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, initiate, and manage business and technology projects from inception to closure.
- Develop and maintain project documents, such as project charters, project plans, risk registers, change logs, and lessons learned.
- Coordinate and facilitate project activities, including meetings, workshops, reviews, and presentations.
- Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams to align on ambiguous tasks and problems.
- Collaborate with Regional and Global IT on various projects as needed.
- Manage project resources, tasks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Track and report project progress, performance, issues, and risks.
- Manage project changes, scope creep, and stakeholder expectations.
- Ensure project quality and compliance with relevant standards and best practices.
- Conduct project closure and handover activities.
- Identify and implement opportunities for project improvement and innovation.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, information systems, or a related field.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing business and technology projects.
- Strong knowledge and skills in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to present to senior executives.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse and remote teams across the company.
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience in leading and managing business and technology projects in various domains such as finance, marketing, operations, or IT.
- Experience with different project management approaches (waterfall, agile, hybrid, or adaptive).
- Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Experience in managing project risks, issues, changes, and quality.
- Experience in working with Change Management Teams to support the adoption and integration of project outcomes.
- Experience in acting as a Business Analyst to understand business processes and requirements.
Pay: $49 – $70 /hr.
