What You Will Be Doing:
Our Data Engineering & AI (DAI) team works at the intersection of technology, strategy, and business analytics, leveraging advanced infrastructure, platforms, and computational techniques to solve complex business challenges. We are looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Leader to join our team and ensure our clients' success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Advocacy & Value Delivery: Be a client champion internally, ensuring value is delivered throughout the project lifecycle.
- Agile Team Leadership: Lead communications, manage delivery efforts, and orchestrate meetings for agile teams in professional services and potentially Managed Data Services.
- Extreme Ownership & Commitment: Demonstrate high ownership, integrity, and commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Technical Expertise: Communicate technical focus to the team and provide coaching and support.
- Adaptability: Embrace change and lead the team in establishing sustainable delivery practices.
- Reporting & Communication: Present results and recommendations in an agile way to DAI leadership and clients.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Leader or similar role.
- Strong background in leading agile teams, coordinating, and managing multiple projects.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to prepare executive-level presentations to clearly articulate results of complex analysis through strategic storytelling.
Pay: $49 – $70 /hr.
