What matters most to your people? Your clients? Helping your team align with a bigger purpose will propel your organization into the future, and build your legacy while you’re at it. Join Scott Highmark, President and Principal at Mosaic Family Wealth, and Lisa as they discuss investing in others and seeking wisdom to unlock significance in your life.

Bio: As the President of Mosaic Family Wealth, Scott leads strategic direction, ensuring that the firm is appropriately positioned to anticipate and serve the needs of our clients. A certified financial planner, Scott also works closely with our clients to define a long-term vision of success in their financial lives and beyond. He brings more than two decades of experience to the firm, with additional tenures as Executive Director at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management and Vice President–Wealth Management at A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc.

He is proud to have created a team of like-minded, like-hearted, talented people to help execute his dream of building Mosaic Family Wealth. Scott decided to enter this field because he values the ability to positively impact a family’s life through the platform of wealth management. He loves connecting with clients, inspiring them to see a brighter future, and leading them down the path of true significance. He feels it is a great privilege to be an advisor trusted by clients to speak about such personal matters as money. Being part financial planner, part behavioral psychologist, and part life coach is an incredible challenge for Scott, but it is incredibly rewarding. When asked why he likes working at Mosaic, Scott said, “Having the opportunity to work with teammates and clients I genuinely enjoy and consider family.”

Scott is a graduate of St. Louis University and lives in Town & Country with his wife Linsey and their three daughters. He is a board member of the St. Louis Sports Commission and Westminster Christian Academy and sits on the Executive Committee of the St. Louis University Billiken Club Board.

Scott also appears on Fox Sports Midwest as a broadcaster for St. Louis University basketball games. He was twice named an Academic All-American at St. Louis University, and was recently named to the St. Louis University All Century Basketball Team.
