Bio: Jennifer Hopper is Chief Information Officer at Save A Lot. In her current role, she oversees all areas of Information Technology and plays a key, near and long-term role in improving the company’s service offering to Retail Partners and their relationships with their customers. Consistently delivering with a relentless focus on the customer experience is critical to all aspects of her methodology. Jennifer’s strong credentials include expertise in customer data and modernizing business systems to align with company strategy.

Jennifer brings over twenty years of experience and success in IT Management, leading major initiatives that span across multiple business functions from Supply Chain to Store Operations. She has held leadership roles at Accenture and most recently, Mastercard, where she served as the North America Chief Technology Officer.

Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree from Missouri University of Science & Technology.
