Bio: Andrea Lampert is Vice President of People,  responsible for working across the company to support business goals by driving the implementation of strategic people objectives reflecting Perficient’s commitment to our people and our culture. She joined the company in 2020 after serving as Vice President of Talent Strategies at BJC HealthCare and Vice President of HR Strategy & Talent Management at Express Scripts. Andrea holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Pennsylvania, a master’s degree from Boston University, and a master certificate in HR management from Villanova University. Andrea is certified as a Sr. Professional in Human Resources and a results trained coach via the Neuroleadership Institute.

Andrea’s Something Extra: Act with intention and be resourceful. “Really making an intentional choice about being the leader that you want to be and then act on it with planning and forethought. Ask yourself, ‘what do I want to be known for?’ and then how do you make sure of that? It’s about being deliberate and developing habits that demonstrate who you are.”
