Bio: Gerry Imhoff’s professional experience spans more than 30 years across a wide variety of information technology disciplines. After11 years at Citicorp Mortgage as Assistant Vice President of Distributed Technology, he joined Maritz in 1995. Gerry has served in progressively expanding leadership roles at Maritz, most recently named Senior Vice President of Maritz IT Services in late 2012.

Gerry and his Maritz IT Services team are responsible for the Maritz global hosting and network infrastructure, internal customer and end-user technologies, enterprise applications, the IT PMO, and IT security. His focus over the past three years has been to change the culture of his IT organization from a legacy, inflexible, inwardly-focused group of technologists to a people-first team focused on relationships, offering options, removing friction, and providing amazing customer experiences.

This journey has produced a 35% IT cost reduction, improved service levels, and formerly-frustrated customers who are now vocal advocates of Maritz IT Services. Gerry is a member of the Technology Business Management (TBM) Council Board, Apptio Customer Advisory Board, St. Louis CIO Board, University of Missouri St. Louis Information Systems Advisory Board and the Technology Board of St. John Vianney High School.
